Afghan Cookies


Ingredients
  • 180 grams butter/margarine
  • 1/3 cup caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups sifted plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 cup Nestle Corn Flakes (crushed)
  • 1/3 cup toasted dessicated coconut
Icing
  • 3/4 cup sifted icing sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon butter/margarine
  • 1 tablespoon hot water
Preparations
  1. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Mix with flour and cocoa powder. Blend in Nestle Corn Flakes and toasted dessicated coconut.
  2. Turn dough on a lightly floured surface, knead until smooth. Roll out to 1 cm thickness then cut into 3 cm round cutter. Place on lightly greased oven trays.
  3. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  4. Meanwhile in a bowl, mix all ingredients for icing until smooth. Then, spread over cold cookies evenly. Decorate with Nestle Corn Flakes.
  5. Store in a tight container in the fridge at all time.

Biskut Afghan

Bahan
  • 180 gram mentega
  • 1/3 cawan gula halus
  • 1 1/2 cawan tepung gandum (diayak)
  • 1 sudu teh serbuk koko
  • 1 cawan Nestle Corn Flakes (dihancurkan)
  • 1/3 cawan kelapa kering (digoreng)
Ising
  • 3/4 cawan gula ising (diayak)
  • 1 sudu besar serbuk koko
  • 1 sudu teh mentega
  • 1 sudu besar air panas
Cara
  1. Krim mentega dan gula hingga ringan dan kembang. Kaup balikkan tepung dan serbuk koko. Masukkan Nestle Corn Flakes da kelapa goreng.
  2. Letak doh di atas papan pencanai yang telah ditabur sedikit tepung, uli hingga lembut. Canai doh setebal 1 cm dan terap dengan acuan bulat berukuran 3 cm. Letak di atas dulang pembakar yang dilenser.
  3. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
  4. Sementara itu di dalam magkuk, campur semua bahan ising hingga sebati. Kemudian sapu rata di atas biskut. Hias dengan Nestle Corn Flakes.
  5. Simpan di dalam bekas kedap udara di dalam peti sejuk setiap masa.

Kangkung With Yeo's Prawn


Ingredients
  • 500 gram kangkung
  • 1/2 can Yeo's Prawn In Spices
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped finely)
  • 1 chili (cut finely for garnish)
  • 1 tablespoon belacan (pounded)
  • 5 tablespoons oil
Preparations
  1. Pour oil in heated wok.
  2. Add the chopped garlic and punded belacan, stir fry until fragnant.
  3. Add in the Yeo's Prawn In Spices and kangkung and stir fry until cooked.
  4. Garnish the dish with finely cur chili.

Kangkung Dan Sambal Udang Yeo's

Bahan
  • 500 gram kangkung
  • 1/2 tin Sambal Udang Yeo's
  • 2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang halus)
  • 1 biji cili (dihiris untuk hiasan)
  • 1 sudu besar belacan (ditumbuk)
  • 5 sudu besar minyak
Cara
  1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali.
  2. Masukkan bawang putih dan belacan, tumis hingga naik bau.
  3. Masukkan Sambal Udang Yeo's dan kangkung dan goreng hingga masak.
  4. Hias dengan hirisan cili.

Corn Flakes Milo Cookies


Ingredients
A
  • 200 grams plain flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 cups Nestle Corn Flakes (finely ground)
  • 150 grams butter/margarine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup Nestle Milo, dissolved in 2 tablespoons hot water
  • sifted icing sugar (optional)
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, stir in Nestle Corn Flakes, set aside.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence vanilla.
  3. Stir in dissolved Nestle Milo.
  4. Fold in ingredient A, mix well to form soft dough.
  5. Roll dough into 3 cm thickness and cut with any desired cookie cutter.
  6. Place on lightly greased baking trays.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  8. If desired, dust with icing sugar.

Bahan
A
  • 200 gram tepung gandum
  • 1/2 sudu teh serbuk penaik
  • 2 cawan Nestle Corn Flakes (dikisar halus)
  • 150 gram mentega
  • 100 gram gula kastor
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
  • 1/2 cawan Nestle Milo, dilarutkan dalam 2 sudu besar air panas
  • gula ising diayak (pilihan)
Cara
  1. Ayak bersama A, masukkan Nestle Corn Flakes, ketepikan.
  2. Pukul mentega, gula, telur dan esen vanila.
  3. Masukkan larutan Nestle Milo.
  4. Kaup balikkan bahan A, gaul sebati hingga menjadi doh lembut.
  5. Canai doh setebal 3 cm, terap dengan acuan biskut yang disukai.
  6. Letakkan di atas dulang pembakar yang dilenser.
  7. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
  8. Jika suka, ayak gula ising di atas biskut.

Green Peas Egg Rolls


Ingredients
  • 6 eggs
  • 200 gram Yeo's Green Peas
  • 1 large onion (diced)
  • 1 red chili (diced)
  • 5 button mushrooms (diced)
  • a dash of pepper
  • a few kadok leaves
  • salt
  • tomatoes
  • cucumbers
Preparations
  1. Mix onion, red chili and button mushrooms as well as a dash pepper. Stir fry with a little oil until softened. Add Yeo's Green Peas and salt. Remove and toss.
  2. Make 6 omelets out of 6 eggs.
  3. Fill with kadok leaves and Yeo's Green Peas.
  4. Roll with pea-filled omelets nearly like kuih ketayap.
  5. Garnish with sliced tomatoes and cucumbers.

Telur Gulung Kacang Peas

Bahan
  • 6 biji telur
  • 200 gram Kacang Hijau Yeo's
  • 1 labu bawang besar (potong dadu)
  • 1 tangkai cili merah (dipotong dadu)
  • 5 biji cendawan butang (dipotong dadu)
  • sedikit lada sulah
  • beberapa helai daun kadok
  • garam
  • tomato
  • timun
Cara
  1. Campurkan bawang, cili merah dan cendawan butang serta sedikit lada sulah. Kacau rata dengan sedikit minyak sehingga lembut. Tambahkan Kacang Hijau Yeo's dan garam. angkat dan toskan.
  2. Dadar telur sebiji demi sebiji.
  3. Masukkan daun kadok dan Kacang Hijau Yeo's.
  4. Gulung telur berinti kacang peas seperti kuih ketayap.
  5. Hias dengan hirisan tomato dan timun.

Joyful Cookies


Ingredients
A
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
B
  • 60 grams butter/margarine
  • 60 grams shortening
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups Nestle Honey Gold (finely blended)
  • 1 egg yolk for glazing
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, blend in Nestle Honey Gold and set aside.
  2. Cream B's ingredients until light and creamy.
  3. Mix well A and B.
  4. Shape dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Place it on lightly greased baking trays.
  6. Keep distance for each cookies.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.

Cara
  1. Ayak bersama bahan A, masukkan Nestle Honey Gold, ketepikan.
  2. Krim bahan B hingga ringan dan kembang.
  3. Campurkan A dan B.
  4. Bentukkan doh menjadi bebola kecil dan ratakan sedikit.
  5. Letak di atas dulang pembakar yang digris.
  6. Jarakkan biskut.
  7. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celsius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.

Simple Squid And Pineapple

Ingredients
  • 60 grams dessicated coconut
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 liter water
  • 300 grams squid
  • 120 grams pineapple (cube in can)
Sauce
  • 30 grams sambal belacan (in can)
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce/fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparations
  1. Heat wok and fry dessicated coconut without oil until it turn brown. Then, keep aside.
  2. Cut cucumber into cube.
  3. Boiled squid for about 2 minutes. Take out and cut roundly.
  4. Mix cucumber, squid, dessicated coconut, pineapple and sauce together. Serve it.

Kerabu Nenas Dan Sotong Ringkas

Bahan
  • 60 gram kelapa parut
  • 1 biji timun
  • 1 liter air
  • 300 gram sotong
  • 120 gram nenas (kiub dalam tin)
Sos
  • 30 gram sambal belacan (dalam tin)
  • 4 sudu besar kicap/sos ikan
  • 1 sudu teh gula
Cara
  1. Panaskan kuali dan goreng kelapa parut tanpa minyak hingga kekuningan. Ketepikan.
  2. Potong timun bentuk kiub.
  3. Celur sotong selama 2 minit. Keluarkan dan potong bulat.
  4. Campurkan timun, sotong, kelapa, nenas dan sos bersama. Hidangkan.

Almond Corn Flakes


Ingredients
A
  • 200 grams soft flour
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 cups Nestle Corn Flakes (finely blended)
  • 80 grams almond (finely blended)
  • 200 grams butter/margarine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanila essence
  • melted white cooking chocolate
  • melted cooking chocolate
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, mix with Nestle Corn Flakes and almond and set aside.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence.
  3. Mix well A to form a soft dough.
  4. Cut it into any desired cutter and place it on lightly greased baking trays.
  5. Keep distance for each cookies.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celcius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  7. Once cookies are cool, pipe chocolate on the top.

Nestle Treasure


Ingredients

  • 200 grams self-rising flour
  • 50 grams rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 100 grams Nestle Corn Flakes (finely crushed)
  • 160 grams butter/margarine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanila essence
  • 100 grams fresh date (roughly chopped)
  • melted cooking chocolate
  • chocolate rice
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, stir in Nestle Corn Flakes and set aside.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence.
  3. Mix well A to form a soft dough.
  4. Take 1 teaspoon of dough, put some chopped dates in the middle of the dough, shape it into any desired shape, and place it on lightly greased baking trays.
  5. Keep distance for each cookies.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celcius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  7. When the cookies are cool, coat them in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate rice.

Dagang Rice

Ingredients
A
  • 10 shallots (sliced)
  • 2 cm ginger (sliced thinly)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons fenugreek
  • 2 cups dagang rice
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 2/3 cup low fat milk powder
Preparations
  1. Soak rice for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Drain and steam until cooked.
  3. Squeeze grated coconut with water to obtain 1 glass thick coconut milk and 1 glass diluted coconut milk.
  4. Mix low fat milk powder with diluted coconut milk.
  5. Remove rice and mix well with A's ingredients and coconut milk.
  6. Steam rice again until cooked.
  7. Remove and serve with dishes.

Bahan
A
  • 10 ulas bawang merah (dihiris)
  • 2 cm halia (dihiris nipis)
  • 2 sudu teh garam
  • 2 sudu teh gula
  • 3 sudu teh halba

  • 1 cawan kelapa parut
  • 2/3 cawan susu rendah lemak
Cara
  1. Rendam beras selama 2 atau 3 jam.
  2. Tos dan kukus hingga masak.
  3. Perah kelapa parut bersama air untuk mendapatkan 1 gelas santan pekat dan 1 gelas santan cair.
  4. Bancuh susu tepung rendah lemak ke dalam santan cair.
  5. Angkat nasi dan gaulkan dengan bahan A dan santan sehingga rata.
  6. Kukus kembali nasi hingga masak.
  7. Angkat dan hidang bersama lauk.

Special Mocha


Ingredients
  • 100 grams cooking chocolate
  • 250 ml cream
  • 500 ml fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon coco powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coffee
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 150ml hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparations
  1. Melt the chocolate and cream in the double boiler.
  2. Boil fresh milk, coffee, coco powder and sugar.
  3. Mix with hot water, vanilla and chocolate.
  4. Ready to be drink.

Cara
  1. Cairkan coklat dan krim dalam double boiler.
  2. Didihkan susu segar, kopi, serbuk koko dan gula.

Lemak Minang Chicken

Ingredients
A (blended)
  • 10 shallots
  • 5 garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2.5 cm fresh turmeric
  • 15 bird's eye chilies
  • 10 dried chilies (soak in hot water or blanched)
  • 1/2 chicken (clean, discard skin and fats and cut into 5 portions)
  • 1 tomato (cut into 5)
  • 6 lime's leaves (sliced thinly)
  • 2 turmeric leaves (sliced thinly)
  • 1 stalk lemon grass(crushed)
  • 1 cup skim milk (1 cup water + 30 grams skim milk powder)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • red chilies and tomatoes for garnishing
Preparations
  1. Heat oil and stir fry A's ingredients until fragrant. Add lemon grass.
  2. Add chicken, sliced lime and turmeric leaves. Add salt.
  3. Pour in skim milk. Cover and cook until chicken is soft. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add in tomatoes and leave awhile.
  5. Remove. Garnish with red chilies and tomatoes. Serve.

Bahan
A (dikisar)
  • 10 ulas bawang merah
  • 5 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 cm halia
  • 2.5 cm kunyit hidup
  • 15 biji cili padi
  • 10 biji cili kering (direndam dalam air panas atau dicelur)
  • 1/2 ekor ayam (dibersih, buang kulit dan lemak dan dipotong 5)
  • 1 tomato (dipotong 5)
  • 6 helai daun limau purut (diracik halus)
  • 2 daun kunyit (diracik halus)
  • 1 batang serai (dititik)
  • 1 cawan susu skim (1 cawan air + 30 gram susu tepung skim)
  • 2 sudu minyak sayur
  • 1 sudu teh garam
  • cili merah dan tomato untuk hiasan
Cara
  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan A sehingga garing. Masukkan serai.
  2. Masukkan ayam, daun limau purut dan daun kunyit. Masukkan garam.
  3. Masukkan susu skim. Tutup kuali dan biarkan ayam masak. Kacau skali sekala.
  4. Masukkan tomato. Biarkan sebentar.
  5. Angkat. Hiaskan dengan cili merah dan tomato dan hidangkan.

Pearl Island Noodle In Gravy

Ingredients
A (boil and cubed, blend with 1 1/2 cups of water)
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 sweet potato
  • 1 carrot
B (blanched)
  • 500 grams yellow noodles
  • 50 grams mustard leaves
  • 1 cups beansprout
C (sliced)
  • 2 red chilies
  • 2 stalks coriander leaves
  • 2 stalks spring onion
  • 500 grams lean beef (sliced thinly)
  • 250 grams prawns (remove head)
  • 3 pieces bean curd (grilled and sliced thinly)
  • 2 tomatoes (cut round and thin)
  • 1/2 small can tomato soup
  • 1/2 small can tomato puree
  • 5 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 5 dried chilies (blended)
  • 5 shallots (pounded)
  • 4 garlic (pounded)
  • 2 boiled eggs (quartered)
  • 3 limes (halved)
  • 5 tablespoons fried onion
  • 2 tablespoons vegetables oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.8 litre water (1.5 litre to boil beef and 0.3 litre boil prawns)
Preparations
  1. Boil the beef until tender, drain and set aside the stock.
  2. Boil the prawns together with shell intact. Separate prawn and shell. Grind the shell with the prawn stock, when done, sieve stock and set aside.
  3. Heat oil in the wok. Stir fry shallots and garlic until fragrant, add in blended chilies. Fry until crispy.
  4. Add the stir fry ingredients into the beef stock.
  5. Add in prawn stock, ingredients A, tomato puree, tomato soup, soy sauce,vinegar, oyster sauce, sugar and salt. Bring to boil.
  6. Serve the noodles with gravy, ingredients B and C, fried onions, bean curd, lime and eggs.

  • 1 biji keledek

  • 50 gram sawi
  • 1 cawan taugeh
C (dimayang)
  • 2 tangkai cili merah
  • 2 batang daun sup
  • 2 batang daun bawang
  • 500 gram daging lembu batang pinang (dihiris nipis)
  • 250 gram udang (dibuang kepala)
  • 3 keping tauhu (dibakar dan dipotong nipis)
  • 2 biji tomato (dipotong bulat dan nipis)
  • 1/2 tin kecil sup tomato
  • 1/2 tin kecil tomato puri
  • 5 sudu kicap cair
  • 4 sudu sos tiram
  • 2 sudu cuka
  • 5 tangkai cili kering (dikisar)
  • 5 ulas bawang merah (ditumbuk)
  • 4 ulas bawang putih (ditumbuk)
  • 2 biji telur rebus (dipotong 4)
  • 3 biji limau kasturi (dipotong 2)
  • 5 sudu bawang goreng
  • 2 sudu minyak sayuran
  • 1 sudu teh garam
  • 1.8 liter air (1.5 liter untuk rebus daging dan 0.3 liter rebus udang)
Cara
  1. Rebus daging hingga empuk, toskan dan ketepikan air rebusan.
  2. Rebus udang bersama kulit. Asingkan udang dan kulit. Kisar kulit udang bersama air rebusan udang, sesudah itu, tapis dan ketepikan.
  3. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali. Tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga kekuningan, masukkan cili kering. Tumis hingga garing.
  4. Masukan bahan tumisan dalam air rebusan daging.
  5. Masukkan air rebusan udang, bahan A, puri tomato, sup tomato, kicap, cuka, sos tiram, gula dan garam. Masak hingga mendidih.
  6. Hidangkan mee bersama kuah serta bahan B, bahan C, bawang goreng, tauhu, limau kasturi dan telur.

Rendang Tok

Ingredients
A (fried without oil and blended)
  • 2 tablespoons coriander spice
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seed
  • 1 tablespoon black pepper
  • 10 dried chilies
B (blended)
  • 3 stalks lemon grass
  • 1 cm ginger
  • 20 shallots
  • 2 garlic
  • 600 grams lean beef (cut into 12 pieces)
  • 3 tablespoons skim milk powder (mixed with 1 cup of warm water)
  • 4 cm galangal (scraped and juice discarded)
  • 1/2 cup coconut flesh (for kerisik)
  • 2 cardamon seeds
  • 1/2 star anise
  • 1/2 cm cinnamon bark
  • 1 piece dried tamarind
  • 1 tablespoon curry spice
  • 30 grams palm sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 4 cups water
Preparations
  1. Clean beef, drain and marinate with ingredients A and B for 30 minutes.
  2. Add water in the wok. Add marinate beef together with galangal, cardamon seeds, star anise, cinnamon bark, curry spice, palm sugar and salt. Cook until beef is half cooked.
  3. Add in dried tamarind and skim milk. Stir for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add in kerisik and stir until dry.
  5. Serve with rice.

  • 2 sudu rempah ketumbar
  • 1 sudu jintan putih
  • 1 sudu lada hitam
  • 10 cili kering
B (dikisar)
  • 3 batang serai
  • 1 cm halia
  • 20 bawang merah
  • 2 bawang putih
  • 600 gram daging lembu (dipotong 12)
  • 3 sudu susu tepung skim (dibancuh dengan 1 cawan air suam)
  • 4 cm lengkuas (diparut dan dibuang air)
  • 1/2 cawan isi kelapa (for kerisik)
  • 2 biji buah pelaga
  • 1/2 kuntum bunga lawang
  • 1/2 cm kulit kayu manis
  • 1 keping asam keping
  • 1 sudu rempah kari
  • 30 gram gula kabung
  • 1/2 sudu teh garam
  • 4 cawan air
Cara
  1. Bersihkan daging, tos kemudian perap dengan bahan A dan B selama 30 minit.
  2. Masukkan air dalam kuali. Masukkan daging yang diperap tadi bersama lengkuas, buah pelaga, bunga lawang, kulit kayu manis, rempah kari, gula kabung dan garam. Masak sehingga daging separuh masak.
  3. Masukkan asam keping dan susu skim. Kacau selama 1-2 minit.
  4. Masukkan kerisik dan kacau hingga kering.
  5. Hidangkan bersama nasi.

Spicy Squid

Ingredients
  • 350 grams squid
  • 15 grams sugar
  • 30 grams salt
  • 1 lemon grass
  • 60 grams chilies (blended)
  • 8 onions
  • 30 grams tamarind
  • 125 ml water
  • oil
Preparations
  1. Cut onion finely.
  2. Take the inner part of lemon grass, washed and cut finely. Blend it with chilies.
  3. Mix tamarind with water and filter it to get fine texture.
  4. Heat the oil and fry onions. Then chilies.
  5. Put in squid and salt.

Bahan
  • 350 gram sotong
  • 15 gram gula
  • 30 gram garam
  • 1 batang serai
  • 60 gram cili (dikisar)
  • 8 ulas bawang
  • 30 gram asam jawa

Cara
  1. Hiriskan bawang merah.
  2. Ambil lapisan dalam serai, bersihkan dan potong nipis. Kisar lumat bersama cili.
  3. Campurkan asam jawa dan air, gaul sebati. Tapis untuk mendapatkan tekstur yang lebih halus.
  4. Panaskan minyak dan goreng bawang. Kemudian cili.
  5. Masukkan sotong dan tambah garam secukup rasa.

Orange Chocolate Cookies


Ingredients
A
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 100 grams corn flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 100 grams Nestle Corn Flakes (coarsely ground)
  • 125 grams butter/margarine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 teaspoon grated orange rind
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • melted cooking chocolate (mix with roasted nibbed chocolate)
  • roasted nibbed almond
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, stir in Nestle Corn Flakes, set aside.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg, essence vanilla and orange rind.
  3. Fold in ingredient A, mix well to form soft dough.
  4. Shape dough into small oval balls and gently flatten.
  5. Place well spaced on lightly greased baking trays.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  7. Once cool, coat half cookies with chocolate mixture.

A
  • 150 gram tepung gandum
  • 100 gram tepung jagung
  • 1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
  • 100 gram Nestle Corn Flakes (dikisar kasar)
  • 125 gram mentega/marjerin
  • 100 gram gula kastor
  • 1 biji telur
  • 3 sudu teh parutan kulit oren
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanila
  • coklat masakan cair (dicampur dengan cincangan badam panggang)
  • cincangan badam panggang
Cara
  1. Ayak bersama A, masukkan Nestle Corn Flakes, ketepikan.
  2. Pukul mentega, gula, telur, esen vanila dan kulit oren.
  3. Kaup balikkan bahan A, gaul sebati hingga menjadi doh lembut.
  4. Bentukkan doh menjadi bebola lonjong kecil dan tekan sedikit.
  5. Letakkan di atas dulang pembakar yang dilenser.
  6. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
  7. Setelah sejuk, celup sebahagian biskut dalam campuran coklat.

Pasta Cheese Bake

Ingredients
A (for topping)
  • 1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 teaspoons chives (finely chopped)
  • 4 slices Kraft Singles
  • 2 tablespoons grated Kraft Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup large elbow pasta
  • 2 teaspoons margarine
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 teaspoons plain flour
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
Preparations
  1. Preheat oven to moderate 180 Celsius. Cook pasta in boiling water until just tender. Drain.
  2. Heat margarine in pan and stir fry onion until soft. Add flour, stir over low heat until mixture is lightly golden.
  3. Add milk gradually, stirring until mixture is smooth. Add Kraft Parmesan Cheese and pasta, stir until smooth.
  4. Spoon mixture into ovenproof baking dish, place Kraft Singles slices on top of mixture and sprinkle combined topping on top.
  5. Bake at 180 Celsius for 10-15 minutes.

Pasta Bakar Berkeju

Bahan
A (untuk hiasan atas)
  • 1 sudu serbuk roti kering
  • 1/4 cawan oat leper
  • 2 sudu teh kucai (dihiris halus)
  • 4 keping keju Kraft Singles
  • 2 sudu parutan Kraft Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cawan pasta lengan besar
  • 2 sudu teh marjerin
  • 1 bawang besar (dihiris halus)
  • 2 sudu teh tepung gandum
  • 1/2 cawan susu rendah lemak
Cara
  1. Panaskan ketuhar hingga suhu 180 Celsius. Rebus pasta dalam air mendidih hingga lembut. Toskan.
  2. Panaskan marjerin dan masukkan bawang. Kacau hingga lembut. Masukkan tepung, kacau di atas api kecil sehingga campuran menjadi perang sedikit.
  3. Masukkan susu perlahan-lahan, kacau hingga campuran sebati. Masukkan Kraft Parmesan Cheese dan pasta, kacau.
  4. Masukkan campuran pasta kedalam mangkuk tahan haba, letakkan kepingan Kraft Singles di atasnya. Kemudian taburkan campuran hiasan atas di atasnya.
  5. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celsius selama 10-15 minit.

Honey Gold Bangkit


Ingredients
  • 150 ml coconut milk (without water added)
  • 6 pandan leaves
  • 65 grams caster sugar
  • 3 eggs yolks
  • 280 grams fried tapioca flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Nestle Honey Gold (blended finely)
Preparations
  1. Boil coconut milk with pandan leaves until slightly thicken, cool.
  2. Mix sugar and egg yolks for 3 minutes.
  3. Then pour in cooled coconut milk into egg mixture.
  4. Fold in flour and Nestle Honey Gold, mix into a soft dough.
  5. Roll out into 6 mm thickness and cut with any desired cookie cutter.
  6. Place well spaced on lightly greased baking trays.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.

Bangkit Honey Gold

Bahan
  • 150 ml santan pekat (tanpa ditambah air)
  • 6 helai daun pandan
  • 65 gramgula kastor
  • 3 biji kuning telur
  • 280 gram tepung ubi goreng
  • 1 1/2 cawan Nestle Honey Gold (dikisar halus)
Cara
  1. Didihkan santan pekat bersama daun pandan sehingga pekat sedikit, sejukkan.
  2. Pukul gula dan telur selama 3 minit.
  3. Kemudian tuang santan sejuk ke dalam campuran telur.
  4. Kaup balikkan tepung dan Nestle Honey Gold, gaul hingga menjadi doh lembut.
  5. Canai doh setebal 6 mm dan terap dengan acuan kesukaan.
  6. Susun di atas dulang pembakar yang telah dilenser, jarakkan.
  7. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.

Beef In Soy Sauce

Ingredients
A (blended finely with 1/2 cup of water)
  • 10 shallots
  • 5 garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2 stalks lemon grass
  • 600 grams lean beef
  • 2 tablespoons thick soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green chilies
  • 1 onion
Preparations
  1. Wash and drain the beef, cut into 4 cm thick pieces.
  2. Marinate beef with A's ingredients for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil, add in marinated beef and cook until fragrant.
  4. Add thick soy sauce, salt, onion, green chilies and stir.
  5. Lower heat and cook until meat is tender and gravy thickens.
  6. Remove and serve hot.

Bahan
A (dikisar halus dengan 1/2 cawan air)
  • 10 ulas bawang merah
  • 5 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 cm halia
  • 2 batang serai
  • 600 gram daging tanpa lemak
  • 2 sudu kicap pekat
  • 1/2 sudu teh garam
  • 2 sudu minyak sayuran
  • 2 biji cili hijau
  • 1 bawang besar
Cara
  1. Basuh dan toskan daging, potong setebal 4 cm.
  2. Perap daging dengan bahan A selama 30 minit.
  3. Panaskan minyak, masukkan daging yang diperap dan masak hingga naik bau.
  4. Masukkan kicap pekat, garam, bawang besar, cili hijau dan kacau.
  5. Kecilkan api, masak hingga daging empuk dan kuahnya pekat.
  6. Angkat dan hidang panas-panas.

Sri Siantan Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 600 grams rice
  • 100 grams chicken
  • 100 grams prawns
  • 1/2 stalk wild ginger bud (sliced)
  • 1/2 stalk lemon grass (sliced)
  • 2 packets Seri-Aji Prawn Flavoured Fried Rice Mix
  • 4 shallots (minced)
  • 2 garlic (minced)
  • 6 tablespoon oil
Preparations
  1. Heat the oil. Fry shallots and garlic until brown. Add prawns and chicken.
  2. Leave till chicken is cooked before adding the sliced wild ginger bud and lemon grass.
  3. When fragrant, add the rice and mix well.
  4. Finally add Seri-Aji Prawn Flavoured Fried Rice Mix.
  5. Serve while hot.

Bahan
  • 600 gram nasi
  • 100 gram ayam
  • 100 gram udang
  • 1/2 batang bunga kantan (dihiris)
  • 1/2 batang serai (dihiris)
  • 2 paket perencah Nasi Goreng Perisa Udang Seri-Aji
  • 4 ulas bawang merah (dicincang)
  • 2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
  • 6 sudu minyak
Cara
  1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga kekuningan. Masukkan udang dan ayam.
  2. Biarkan ayam masak dahulu, kemudian masukkan bunga kantan dan serai.
  3. Apabila naik bau, masukkan nasi dan gaul rata.
  4. Kemudian masukkan perencah Nasi Goreng Perisa Udang Seri-Aji.
  5. Hidangkan panas-panas.

Crispy Chilli Cuttlefish

Ingredients
  • 300 grams cuttlefish (cleaned and cut into round shape)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1 stalk spring onion (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • cooking oil
  • Aji-Shio Chilli
Preparations
  1. Mix cuttlefish with ginger juice and spring onion evenly.
  2. Coat cuttlefish thoroughly with the mixture of corn flour and rice flour.
  3. Heat up oil. Fry cuttlefish for about 4 minutes or till golden.
  4. Sprinkle some Aji-Shio Chilli on the cuttlefish before serving.

Bahan
  • 300 gram sotong (dibersih dan dipotong bulat)
  • 1/2 sudu teh perahan halia
  • 1 tangkai daun bawang (dihiris nipis)
  • 1/4 cawan tepung jagung
  • 1/4 cawan tepung beras
  • minyak masak
  • Aji-Shio Cili
Cara
  1. Gaulkan sotong, perahan halia dan daun bawang hingga sebati.
  2. Kemudian, gaul dengan adunan tepung jagung dan tepung beras.
  3. Panaskan minyak. Goreng sotong selama 4 minit atau sehingga kekuningan.
  4. Taburkan Aji-Shio Cili sebelum dihidang.

Sweet Gold Cookies


Ingredients
A
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1/4 cup Nespray Instant Milk
  • 1/4 cup almond powder
  • 110 grams Nestle Honey Gold (finely ground)
  • 150 grams butter/margarine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • strawberry jam
  • dessicated coconut
  • red cherries (small cube)
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, stir in almond and Nestle Honey Gold, set aside.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence vanilla.
  3. Fold in ingredients A, mix well to form a soft dough.
  4. Shape dough into small balls and gently flatten.
  5. Place well spaced on lightly greased baking trays.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  7. When cool, spread jam over cookies.
  8. Sprinkle with coconut and decorate with cherries.

  • 1/4 cawan Susu Segera Nespray

  • 100 gram gula kastor
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanila
  • jem strawberi
  • kelapa kering
  • ceri merah (kiub kecil)
Cara
  1. Ayak bersama A, masukkan badam dan Nestle Honey Gold, ketepikan.
  2. Pukul mentega, gula, telur dan esen vanila.
  3. Kaup balikkan bahan A, gaul sebati hingga menjadi doh lembut.
  4. Bentukkan doh menjadi bebola kecil dan tekan sedikit.
  5. Letakkan di atas dulang pembakar yang dilenser.
  6. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
  7. Setelah sejuk, sapukan jem strawberi di atas biskut.
  8. Taburkan kelapa dan hias dengan ceri.

Smoked Beef

Ingredients
  • 30 bird's eye chilies (pounded)
  • 1 cm fresh turmeric (pounded)
  • 300 grams smoked beef (sliced thinly)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (120 grams coconut + 1 1/2 cups water)
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 brinjal (halved)
  • 2 stalks lemon grass (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 red chillies for garnishing
  • 1 turmeric leaf
Preparations
  1. Mix beef, bird's eyechilies, fresh turmeric, lemon grass, turmeric leaf, coconut milk, low fat milk and salt in a pot. Cook until boil.
  2. Add in brinjal and cook until quite soft. Stir occasionally.
  3. Remove, garnish with red chilies and serve.

Bahan
  • 30 biji cili padi (ditumbuk)
  • 1 cm kunyit hidup (ditumbuk)
  • 300 gram daging salai (dihiris nipis)
  • 1 1/2 cawan santan (120 gram kelapa + 1 1/2 cawan air)
  • 1 cawan susu rendah lemak
  • 1 biji terung (dibelah 2)
  • 2 batang serai (dititik)
  • 1 sudu teh garam
  • 2 biji cili merah untuk hiasan
  • 1 helai daun kunyit
Cara
  1. Campurkan daging, cili padi, kunyit hidup, serai, daun kunyit, santan, susu rendah lemak dan garam di dalam periuk. Masak hingga mendidih.
  2. Masukkan terung dan biarkan sehingga terung agak lembut. Kacau sekali sekala.
  3. Angkat, hias dengan cili merah dan hidang.
