Sweet Gold Cookies


Ingredients
A
  • 2 cups self raising flour
  • 1/4 cup Nespray Instant Milk
  • 1/4 cup almond powder
  • 110 grams Nestle Honey Gold (finely ground)
  • 150 grams butter/margarine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • strawberry jam
  • dessicated coconut
  • red cherries (small cube)
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, stir in almond and Nestle Honey Gold, set aside.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence vanilla.
  3. Fold in ingredients A, mix well to form a soft dough.
  4. Shape dough into small balls and gently flatten.
  5. Place well spaced on lightly greased baking trays.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  7. When cool, spread jam over cookies.
  8. Sprinkle with coconut and decorate with cherries.

Biskut Emas Manis

Bahan
A
  • 2 cawan tepung naik sendiri
  • 1/4 cawan Susu Segera Nespray
  • 1/4 cawan serbuk badam
  • 110 gram Nestle Honey Gold (dikisar halus)
  • 150 gram mentega/marjerin
  • 100 gram gula kastor
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanila
  • jem strawberi
  • kelapa kering
  • ceri merah (kiub kecil)
Cara
  1. Ayak bersama A, masukkan badam dan Nestle Honey Gold, ketepikan.
  2. Pukul mentega, gula, telur dan esen vanila.
  3. Kaup balikkan bahan A, gaul sebati hingga menjadi doh lembut.
  4. Bentukkan doh menjadi bebola kecil dan tekan sedikit.
  5. Letakkan di atas dulang pembakar yang dilenser.
  6. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
  7. Setelah sejuk, sapukan jem strawberi di atas biskut.
  8. Taburkan kelapa dan hias dengan ceri.

Smoked Beef

Ingredients
  • 30 bird's eye chilies (pounded)
  • 1 cm fresh turmeric (pounded)
  • 300 grams smoked beef (sliced thinly)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk (120 grams coconut + 1 1/2 cups water)
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1 brinjal (halved)
  • 2 stalks lemon grass (crushed)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 red chillies for garnishing
  • 1 turmeric leaf
Preparations
  1. Mix beef, bird's eyechilies, fresh turmeric, lemon grass, turmeric leaf, coconut milk, low fat milk and salt in a pot. Cook until boil.
  2. Add in brinjal and cook until quite soft. Stir occasionally.
  3. Remove, garnish with red chilies and serve.

Daging Salai

Bahan
  • 30 biji cili padi (ditumbuk)
  • 1 cm kunyit hidup (ditumbuk)
  • 300 gram daging salai (dihiris nipis)
  • 1 1/2 cawan santan (120 gram kelapa + 1 1/2 cawan air)
  • 1 cawan susu rendah lemak
  • 1 biji terung (dibelah 2)
  • 2 batang serai (dititik)
  • 1 sudu teh garam
  • 2 biji cili merah untuk hiasan
  • 1 helai daun kunyit
Cara
  1. Campurkan daging, cili padi, kunyit hidup, serai, daun kunyit, santan, susu rendah lemak dan garam di dalam periuk. Masak hingga mendidih.
  2. Masukkan terung dan biarkan sehingga terung agak lembut. Kacau sekali sekala.
  3. Angkat, hias dengan cili merah dan hidang.
