Nestle Treasure


Ingredients
A
  • 200 grams self-rising flour
  • 50 grams rice flour
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 100 grams Nestle Corn Flakes (finely crushed)
  • 160 grams butter/margarine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanila essence
  • 100 grams fresh date (roughly chopped)
  • melted cooking chocolate
  • chocolate rice
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, stir in Nestle Corn Flakes and set aside.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence.
  3. Mix well A to form a soft dough.
  4. Take 1 teaspoon of dough, put some chopped dates in the middle of the dough, shape it into any desired shape, and place it on lightly greased baking trays.
  5. Keep distance for each cookies.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celcius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  7. When the cookies are cool, coat them in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chocolate rice.

Khazanah Nestle

Bahan
A
  • 200 gram tepung naik sendiri
  • 50 gram tepung beras
  • 1 sudu teh soda
  • 100 gram Nestle Corn Flakes
  • 160 gram mentega/marjerin
  • 100 gram gula kaster
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanila
  • 1 biji telur
  • 100 gram cincangan kasar kurma
  • coklat cair
  • chocolate rice
Cara
  1. Ayak bahan A, masukkan Nestle Corn Flakes.
  2. Pukul mentega, gula, telur dan esen vanila hingga sebati.
  3. Campurkan bahan A, bentukkan menjadi doh.
  4. Ambil 1 sudu teh doh, letakkan kurma di tengah, bentukkan menjadi bentuk yang disukai dan letakkan di atas dulang yang telah digris mentega.
  5. Jarakkan setiap biskut.
  6. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
  7. Setelah biskut sejuk, celup di dalam coklat cair dan hias dengan chocolate rice.

Dagang Rice

Ingredients
A
  • 10 shallots (sliced)
  • 2 cm ginger (sliced thinly)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons fenugreek
  • 2 cups dagang rice
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 2/3 cup low fat milk powder
Preparations
  1. Soak rice for 2 to 3 hours.
  2. Drain and steam until cooked.
  3. Squeeze grated coconut with water to obtain 1 glass thick coconut milk and 1 glass diluted coconut milk.
  4. Mix low fat milk powder with diluted coconut milk.
  5. Remove rice and mix well with A's ingredients and coconut milk.
  6. Steam rice again until cooked.
  7. Remove and serve with dishes.

Nasi Dagang

Bahan
A
  • 10 ulas bawang merah (dihiris)
  • 2 cm halia (dihiris nipis)
  • 2 sudu teh garam
  • 2 sudu teh gula
  • 3 sudu teh halba
  • 2 cawan beras dagang
  • 1 cawan kelapa parut
  • 2/3 cawan susu rendah lemak
Cara
  1. Rendam beras selama 2 atau 3 jam.
  2. Tos dan kukus hingga masak.
  3. Perah kelapa parut bersama air untuk mendapatkan 1 gelas santan pekat dan 1 gelas santan cair.
  4. Bancuh susu tepung rendah lemak ke dalam santan cair.
  5. Angkat nasi dan gaulkan dengan bahan A dan santan sehingga rata.
  6. Kukus kembali nasi hingga masak.
  7. Angkat dan hidang bersama lauk.
