Joyful Cookies


Ingredients
A
  • 150 grams plain flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon soda
B
  • 60 grams butter/margarine
  • 60 grams shortening
  • 50 grams icing sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 1/2 cups Nestle Honey Gold (finely blended)
  • 1 egg yolk for glazing
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, blend in Nestle Honey Gold and set aside.
  2. Cream B's ingredients until light and creamy.
  3. Mix well A and B.
  4. Shape dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
  5. Place it on lightly greased baking trays.
  6. Keep distance for each cookies.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.

Biskut Ria

Bahan
A
  • 150 gram tepung gandum
  • 1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
  • 1/4 sudu teh soda
B
  • 60 gram mentega
  • 60 gram lelemak
  • 50 gram gula aising
  • 1 biji kuning telur
  • 1 sudu teh esen vanila
  • 1 1/2 cawan Nestle Honey Gold (kisar halus)
  • 1 biji kuning telur untuk glis
Cara
  1. Ayak bersama bahan A, masukkan Nestle Honey Gold, ketepikan.
  2. Krim bahan B hingga ringan dan kembang.
  3. Campurkan A dan B.
  4. Bentukkan doh menjadi bebola kecil dan ratakan sedikit.
  5. Letak di atas dulang pembakar yang digris.
  6. Jarakkan biskut.
  7. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celsius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.

Simple Squid And Pineapple

Ingredients
  • 60 grams dessicated coconut
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 liter water
  • 300 grams squid
  • 120 grams pineapple (cube in can)
Sauce
  • 30 grams sambal belacan (in can)
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce/fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
Preparations
  1. Heat wok and fry dessicated coconut without oil until it turn brown. Then, keep aside.
  2. Cut cucumber into cube.
  3. Boiled squid for about 2 minutes. Take out and cut roundly.
  4. Mix cucumber, squid, dessicated coconut, pineapple and sauce together. Serve it.

Kerabu Nenas Dan Sotong Ringkas

Bahan
  • 60 gram kelapa parut
  • 1 biji timun
  • 1 liter air
  • 300 gram sotong
  • 120 gram nenas (kiub dalam tin)
Sos
  • 30 gram sambal belacan (dalam tin)
  • 4 sudu besar kicap/sos ikan
  • 1 sudu teh gula
Cara
  1. Panaskan kuali dan goreng kelapa parut tanpa minyak hingga kekuningan. Ketepikan.
  2. Potong timun bentuk kiub.
  3. Celur sotong selama 2 minit. Keluarkan dan potong bulat.
  4. Campurkan timun, sotong, kelapa, nenas dan sos bersama. Hidangkan.
