- 240 grams plain flour
- 40 grams corn flour
- 1 1/2 cups Nestle Corn Flakes (finely crushed)
- 50 grams pistachio (finely blended)
- 240 grams butter/margarine
- 110 grams caster sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- 1 beaten egg for glazing
- chopped pistachio
- melted white cooking chocolate (optional)
- Sift together A, mix with Nestle Corn Flakes and pistachio.
- Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence.
- Mix well with A to form a soft dough.
- Cut it into any desired cutter and place it on lightly greased baking trays.
- Keep distance for each cookies.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
- Decorate cookies with melted chocolate, if used.
Biskut Zamrud Pistachio

- 240 gram tepung gandum
- 40 gram tepung jagung
- 1 1/2 cawan Nestle Corn Flakes (diramas halus)
- 50 gram kacang pistachio (dikisar halus)
- 240 gram mentega/marjerin
- 110 gram gula kaster
- 1 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
- 1 biji telur dipukul untuk glis
- cincangan kacang pistachio
- coklat putih cair (pilihan)
- Ayak bersama bahan A, campur dengan Nestle Corn Flakes dan pistachio.
- Pukul mentega, gula, telur dan esen.
- Campur dengan bahan A dan bentukkan menjadi doh.
- Gunakan acuan yang disukai dan susun di atas dulang pembakar yang digris.
- Jarakkan biskut.
- Bakar pada suhu 180 Celsius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
- Hias biskut dengan coklat cair, jika digunakan.
