Pistachio Emerald Cookies


Ingredients
A
  • 240 grams plain flour
  • 40 grams corn flour
  • 1 1/2 cups Nestle Corn Flakes (finely crushed)
  • 50 grams pistachio (finely blended)
  • 240 grams butter/margarine
  • 110 grams caster sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla essence
  • 1 beaten egg for glazing
  • chopped pistachio
  • melted white cooking chocolate (optional)
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, mix with Nestle Corn Flakes and pistachio.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence.
  3. Mix well with A to form a soft dough.
  4. Cut it into any desired cutter and place it on lightly greased baking trays.
  5. Keep distance for each cookies.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  7. Decorate cookies with melted chocolate, if used.

Biskut Zamrud Pistachio

Bahan
A
  • 240 gram tepung gandum
  • 40 gram tepung jagung
  • 1 1/2 cawan Nestle Corn Flakes (diramas halus)
  • 50 gram kacang pistachio (dikisar halus)
  • 240 gram mentega/marjerin
  • 110 gram gula kaster
  • 1 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
  • 1 biji telur dipukul untuk glis
  • cincangan kacang pistachio
  • coklat putih cair (pilihan)
Cara
  1. Ayak bersama bahan A, campur dengan Nestle Corn Flakes dan pistachio.
  2. Pukul mentega, gula, telur dan esen.
  3. Campur dengan bahan A dan bentukkan menjadi doh.
  4. Gunakan acuan yang disukai dan susun di atas dulang pembakar yang digris.
  5. Jarakkan biskut.
  6. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celsius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
  7. Hias biskut dengan coklat cair, jika digunakan.

Special Mocha


Ingredients
  • 100 grams cooking chocolate
  • 250 ml cream
  • 500 ml fresh milk
  • 1 tablespoon coco powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon coffee
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 150ml hot water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparations
  1. Melt the chocolate and cream in the double boiler.
  2. Boil fresh milk, coffee, coco powder and sugar.
  3. Mix with hot water, vanilla and chocolate.
  4. Ready to be drink.

Mocha Istimewa

Bahan
  • 100 gram coklat masakan
  • 250 ml krim
  • 500 ml susu segar
  • 1 sudu besar serbuk koko
  • 1/2 sudu teh kopi
  • 50 gram gula
  • 150ml air panas
  • 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
Cara
  1. Cairkan coklat dan krim dalam double boiler.
  2. Didihkan susu segar, kopi, serbuk koko dan gula.
  3. Campurkan dengan air panas, vanila dan coklat.
  4. Sedia diminum.

Lemak Minang Chicken

Ingredients
A (blended)
  • 10 shallots
  • 5 garlic
  • 2 cm ginger
  • 2.5 cm fresh turmeric
  • 15 bird's eye chilies
  • 10 dried chilies (soak in hot water or blanched)
  • 1/2 chicken (clean, discard skin and fats and cut into 5 portions)
  • 1 tomato (cut into 5)
  • 6 lime's leaves (sliced thinly)
  • 2 turmeric leaves (sliced thinly)
  • 1 stalk lemon grass(crushed)
  • 1 cup skim milk (1 cup water + 30 grams skim milk powder)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • red chilies and tomatoes for garnishing
Preparations
  1. Heat oil and stir fry A's ingredients until fragrant. Add lemon grass.
  2. Add chicken, sliced lime and turmeric leaves. Add salt.
  3. Pour in skim milk. Cover and cook until chicken is soft. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add in tomatoes and leave awhile.
  5. Remove. Garnish with red chilies and tomatoes. Serve.

Ayam Lemak Minang

Bahan
A (dikisar)
  • 10 ulas bawang merah
  • 5 ulas bawang putih
  • 2 cm halia
  • 2.5 cm kunyit hidup
  • 15 biji cili padi
  • 10 biji cili kering (direndam dalam air panas atau dicelur)
  • 1/2 ekor ayam (dibersih, buang kulit dan lemak dan dipotong 5)
  • 1 tomato (dipotong 5)
  • 6 helai daun limau purut (diracik halus)
  • 2 daun kunyit (diracik halus)
  • 1 batang serai (dititik)
  • 1 cawan susu skim (1 cawan air + 30 gram susu tepung skim)
  • 2 sudu minyak sayur
  • 1 sudu teh garam
  • cili merah dan tomato untuk hiasan
Cara
  1. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan A sehingga garing. Masukkan serai.
  2. Masukkan ayam, daun limau purut dan daun kunyit. Masukkan garam.
  3. Masukkan susu skim. Tutup kuali dan biarkan ayam masak. Kacau skali sekala.
  4. Masukkan tomato. Biarkan sebentar.
  5. Angkat. Hiaskan dengan cili merah dan tomato dan hidangkan.
