Ingredients
- 150 ml coconut milk (without water added)
- 6 pandan leaves
- 65 grams caster sugar
- 3 eggs yolks
- 280 grams fried tapioca flour
- 1 1/2 cups Nestle Honey Gold (blended finely)
- Boil coconut milk with pandan leaves until slightly thicken, cool.
- Mix sugar and egg yolks for 3 minutes.
- Then pour in cooled coconut milk into egg mixture.
- Fold in flour and Nestle Honey Gold, mix into a soft dough.
- Roll out into 6 mm thickness and cut with any desired cookie cutter.
- Place well spaced on lightly greased baking trays.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
Bangkit Honey Gold
Bahan
- 150 ml santan pekat (tanpa ditambah air)
- 6 helai daun pandan
- 65 gramgula kastor
- 3 biji kuning telur
- 280 gram tepung ubi goreng
- 1 1/2 cawan Nestle Honey Gold (dikisar halus)
- Didihkan santan pekat bersama daun pandan sehingga pekat sedikit, sejukkan.
- Pukul gula dan telur selama 3 minit.
- Kemudian tuang santan sejuk ke dalam campuran telur.
- Kaup balikkan tepung dan Nestle Honey Gold, gaul hingga menjadi doh lembut.
- Canai doh setebal 6 mm dan terap dengan acuan kesukaan.
- Susun di atas dulang pembakar yang telah dilenser, jarakkan.
- Bakar pada suhu 180 Celcius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
