- 60 grams dessicated coconut
- 1 cucumber
- 1 liter water
- 300 grams squid
- 120 grams pineapple (cube in can)
- 30 grams sambal belacan (in can)
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce/fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Heat wok and fry dessicated coconut without oil until it turn brown. Then, keep aside.
- Cut cucumber into cube.
- Boiled squid for about 2 minutes. Take out and cut roundly.
- Mix cucumber, squid, dessicated coconut, pineapple and sauce together. Serve it.
Kerabu Nenas Dan Sotong Ringkas
Bahan
- 60 gram kelapa parut
- 1 biji timun
- 1 liter air
- 300 gram sotong
- 120 gram nenas (kiub dalam tin)
- 30 gram sambal belacan (dalam tin)
- 4 sudu besar kicap/sos ikan
- 1 sudu teh gula
- Panaskan kuali dan goreng kelapa parut tanpa minyak hingga kekuningan. Ketepikan.
- Potong timun bentuk kiub.
- Celur sotong selama 2 minit. Keluarkan dan potong bulat.
- Campurkan timun, sotong, kelapa, nenas dan sos bersama. Hidangkan.
