- 350 grams squid
- 15 grams sugar
- 30 grams salt
- 1 lemon grass
- 60 grams chilies (blended)
- 8 onions
- 30 grams tamarind
- 125 ml water
- oil
- Cut onion finely.
- Take the inner part of lemon grass, washed and cut finely. Blend it with chilies.
- Mix tamarind with water and filter it to get fine texture.
- Heat the oil and fry onions. Then chilies.
- Put in squid and salt.
Sotong Masak Pedas
Bahan
- 350 gram sotong
- 15 gram gula
- 30 gram garam
- 1 batang serai
- 60 gram cili (dikisar)
- 8 ulas bawang
- 30 gram asam jawa
- 125 ml air
- minyak
- Hiriskan bawang merah.
- Ambil lapisan dalam serai, bersihkan dan potong nipis. Kisar lumat bersama cili.
- Campurkan asam jawa dan air, gaul sebati. Tapis untuk mendapatkan tekstur yang lebih halus.
- Panaskan minyak dan goreng bawang. Kemudian cili.
- Masukkan sotong dan tambah garam secukup rasa.
