- 10 shallots (sliced)
- 2 cm ginger (sliced thinly)
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons fenugreek
- 2 cups dagang rice
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 2/3 cup low fat milk powder
- Soak rice for 2 to 3 hours.
- Drain and steam until cooked.
- Squeeze grated coconut with water to obtain 1 glass thick coconut milk and 1 glass diluted coconut milk.
- Mix low fat milk powder with diluted coconut milk.
- Remove rice and mix well with A's ingredients and coconut milk.
- Steam rice again until cooked.
- Remove and serve with dishes.

- 10 ulas bawang merah (dihiris)
- 2 cm halia (dihiris nipis)
- 2 sudu teh garam
- 2 sudu teh gula
- 3 sudu teh halba
- 2 cawan beras dagang
- 1 cawan kelapa parut
- 2/3 cawan susu rendah lemak
- Rendam beras selama 2 atau 3 jam.
- Tos dan kukus hingga masak.
- Perah kelapa parut bersama air untuk mendapatkan 1 gelas santan pekat dan 1 gelas santan cair.
- Bancuh susu tepung rendah lemak ke dalam santan cair.
- Angkat nasi dan gaulkan dengan bahan A dan santan sehingga rata.
- Kukus kembali nasi hingga masak.
- Angkat dan hidang bersama lauk.
