A (for topping)
- 1 tablespoon dry breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 teaspoons chives (finely chopped)
- 4 slices Kraft Singles
- 2 tablespoons grated Kraft Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cup large elbow pasta
- 2 teaspoons margarine
- 1 onion (finely chopped)
- 2 teaspoons plain flour
- 1/2 cup low fat milk
- Preheat oven to moderate 180 Celsius. Cook pasta in boiling water until just tender. Drain.
- Heat margarine in pan and stir fry onion until soft. Add flour, stir over low heat until mixture is lightly golden.
- Add milk gradually, stirring until mixture is smooth. Add Kraft Parmesan Cheese and pasta, stir until smooth.
- Spoon mixture into ovenproof baking dish, place Kraft Singles slices on top of mixture and sprinkle combined topping on top.
- Bake at 180 Celsius for 10-15 minutes.
Pasta Bakar Berkeju
Bahan
A (untuk hiasan atas)
- 1 sudu serbuk roti kering
- 1/4 cawan oat leper
- 2 sudu teh kucai (dihiris halus)
- 4 keping keju Kraft Singles
- 2 sudu parutan Kraft Parmesan Cheese
- 1 cawan pasta lengan besar
- 2 sudu teh marjerin
- 1 bawang besar (dihiris halus)
- 2 sudu teh tepung gandum
- 1/2 cawan susu rendah lemak
- Panaskan ketuhar hingga suhu 180 Celsius. Rebus pasta dalam air mendidih hingga lembut. Toskan.
- Panaskan marjerin dan masukkan bawang. Kacau hingga lembut. Masukkan tepung, kacau di atas api kecil sehingga campuran menjadi perang sedikit.
- Masukkan susu perlahan-lahan, kacau hingga campuran sebati. Masukkan Kraft Parmesan Cheese dan pasta, kacau.
- Masukkan campuran pasta kedalam mangkuk tahan haba, letakkan kepingan Kraft Singles di atasnya. Kemudian taburkan campuran hiasan atas di atasnya.
- Bakar pada suhu 180 Celsius selama 10-15 minit.
