- 150 grams plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 60 grams butter/margarine
- 60 grams shortening
- 50 grams icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cups Nestle Honey Gold (finely blended)
- 1 egg yolk for glazing
- Sift together A, blend in Nestle Honey Gold and set aside.
- Cream B's ingredients until light and creamy.
- Mix well A and B.
- Shape dough into small balls and flatten slightly.
- Place it on lightly greased baking trays.
- Keep distance for each cookies.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celsius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.

- 150 gram tepung gandum
- 1 sudu teh serbuk penaik
- 1/4 sudu teh soda
- 60 gram mentega
- 60 gram lelemak
- 50 gram gula aising
- 1 biji kuning telur
- 1 sudu teh esen vanila
- 1 1/2 cawan Nestle Honey Gold (kisar halus)
- 1 biji kuning telur untuk glis
- Ayak bersama bahan A, masukkan Nestle Honey Gold, ketepikan.
- Krim bahan B hingga ringan dan kembang.
- Campurkan A dan B.
- Bentukkan doh menjadi bebola kecil dan ratakan sedikit.
- Letak di atas dulang pembakar yang digris.
- Jarakkan biskut.
- Bakar pada suhu 180 Celsius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
