Sri Siantan Fried Rice

Ingredients
  • 600 grams rice
  • 100 grams chicken
  • 100 grams prawns
  • 1/2 stalk wild ginger bud (sliced)
  • 1/2 stalk lemon grass (sliced)
  • 2 packets Seri-Aji Prawn Flavoured Fried Rice Mix
  • 4 shallots (minced)
  • 2 garlic (minced)
  • 6 tablespoon oil
Preparations
  1. Heat the oil. Fry shallots and garlic until brown. Add prawns and chicken.
  2. Leave till chicken is cooked before adding the sliced wild ginger bud and lemon grass.
  3. When fragrant, add the rice and mix well.
  4. Finally add Seri-Aji Prawn Flavoured Fried Rice Mix.
  5. Serve while hot.

Nasi Goreng Sri Siantan

Bahan
  • 600 gram nasi
  • 100 gram ayam
  • 100 gram udang
  • 1/2 batang bunga kantan (dihiris)
  • 1/2 batang serai (dihiris)
  • 2 paket perencah Nasi Goreng Perisa Udang Seri-Aji
  • 4 ulas bawang merah (dicincang)
  • 2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
  • 6 sudu minyak
Cara
  1. Panaskan minyak. Tumis bawang merah dan putih hingga kekuningan. Masukkan udang dan ayam.
  2. Biarkan ayam masak dahulu, kemudian masukkan bunga kantan dan serai.
  3. Apabila naik bau, masukkan nasi dan gaul rata.
  4. Kemudian masukkan perencah Nasi Goreng Perisa Udang Seri-Aji.
  5. Hidangkan panas-panas.

Crispy Chilli Cuttlefish

Ingredients
  • 300 grams cuttlefish (cleaned and cut into round shape)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1 stalk spring onion (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • cooking oil
  • Aji-Shio Chilli
Preparations
  1. Mix cuttlefish with ginger juice and spring onion evenly.
  2. Coat cuttlefish thoroughly with the mixture of corn flour and rice flour.
  3. Heat up oil. Fry cuttlefish for about 4 minutes or till golden.
  4. Sprinkle some Aji-Shio Chilli on the cuttlefish before serving.

Sotong Rangup Bercili

Bahan
  • 300 gram sotong (dibersih dan dipotong bulat)
  • 1/2 sudu teh perahan halia
  • 1 tangkai daun bawang (dihiris nipis)
  • 1/4 cawan tepung jagung
  • 1/4 cawan tepung beras
  • minyak masak
  • Aji-Shio Cili
Cara
  1. Gaulkan sotong, perahan halia dan daun bawang hingga sebati.
  2. Kemudian, gaul dengan adunan tepung jagung dan tepung beras.
  3. Panaskan minyak. Goreng sotong selama 4 minit atau sehingga kekuningan.
  4. Taburkan Aji-Shio Cili sebelum dihidang.
