Crispy Chilli Cuttlefish

Ingredients
  • 300 grams cuttlefish (cleaned and cut into round shape)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1 stalk spring onion (sliced thinly)
  • 1/4 cup corn flour
  • 1/4 cup rice flour
  • cooking oil
  • Aji-Shio Chilli
Preparations
  1. Mix cuttlefish with ginger juice and spring onion evenly.
  2. Coat cuttlefish thoroughly with the mixture of corn flour and rice flour.
  3. Heat up oil. Fry cuttlefish for about 4 minutes or till golden.
  4. Sprinkle some Aji-Shio Chilli on the cuttlefish before serving.

Sotong Rangup Bercili

Bahan
  • 300 gram sotong (dibersih dan dipotong bulat)
  • 1/2 sudu teh perahan halia
  • 1 tangkai daun bawang (dihiris nipis)
  • 1/4 cawan tepung jagung
  • 1/4 cawan tepung beras
  • minyak masak
  • Aji-Shio Cili
Cara
  1. Gaulkan sotong, perahan halia dan daun bawang hingga sebati.
  2. Kemudian, gaul dengan adunan tepung jagung dan tepung beras.
  3. Panaskan minyak. Goreng sotong selama 4 minit atau sehingga kekuningan.
  4. Taburkan Aji-Shio Cili sebelum dihidang.
