Cinnamon Star


Ingredients

A (cookies)

  • 500 gram ground almonds
  • 400 gram sugar
  • 100 gram egg white
  • 100 gram icing sugar
  • 10 gram cinnamon powder
B (icing)
  • 250 gram icing sugar
  • 40 gram egg white
Preparations
  1. In a mixer, cream together the sugar and egg white. When that's done, add icing sugar.
  2. Slow down the mixer a little and stir in almonds and cinnamon powder.
  3. Mix it to form a dough.
  4. Now for the royal icing that goes on top of the cookie dough, blend icing sugar and egg white to a mousse. Once done, put aside.
  5. Then spread the royal icing on top of the rolled out dough.
  6. Cut out the star shape.
  7. Lastly, place them onto a greased baking tray and bake at 180C for 15 minutes.

Bintang Kulit Kayu Manis

Bahan

A (biskut)

  • 500 gram serbuk badam
  • 400 gram gula
  • 100 gram putih telur
  • 100 gram gula ising
  • 10 gram serbuk kulit kayu manis
B (ising)
  • 250 gram gula ising
  • 40 gram putih telur
Cara
  1. Di dalam pengadun, adun bersama gula dan putih telur. Setelah itu, tambah gula ising.
  2. Perlahankan pengadun dan masukkan badam dan serbuk kulit kayu manis.
  3. Uli supaya menjadi doh.
  4. Untuk ising yang akan diletak atas biskut, adu gula ising dan putih telur sehingga menjadi mousse. Setelah itu, ketepikan.
  5. Sapukan ising di atas doh yang telah dicanai.
  6. Tekap dengan acuan berbentuk bintang.
  7. Akhirnya, susun di atas dulang pembakar dan bakar 180C selama 15 minit.

Hazelnut Leaf


Ingredients
  • 250 gram butter
  • 250 gram sugar
  • 125 gram eggs
  • half lemon (peel of)
  • 500 gram flour
  • 5 gram cinnamon powder
  • 250 gram ground hazelnut
Preparations
  1. Blend together butter and sugar until creamy.
  2. Add eggs and lemon.
  3. Stir in flour, cinnamon powder and ground hazelnut.
  4. Once it is a heavy dough, roll it out to a 1cm thickness.
  5. Cut into heart shaped cookie cutter and split into two.
  6. With the back of a small knife, engrave the veins of a leaf .
  7. Finally bake it at 180C for around 15-18 minutes.

Daun Hazelnut

Bahan
  • 250 gram mentega
  • 250 gram gula
  • 125 gram telur
  • setengah lemon (dikupas)
  • 500 gram tepung
  • 5 gram sebuk kulit kayu manis
  • 250 gram hazelnut
Cara
  1. Adun bersama mentega dan gula hingga berkrim.
  2. Tambahkan telur dan lemon.
  3. Masukkan tepung, serbuk kulit kayu manis dan hazelnut.
  4. Setelah menjadi doh, uli setebal 1cm.
  5. Tekap acuan berbentuk hati dan potong dua.
  6. Dengan menggunakan belakang pisau, ukir seperti urat daun.
  7. Akhirnya bakar pada suhu 180C selama 15-18 minit.
