Almond Corn Flakes


Ingredients
A
  • 200 grams soft flour
  • 2 tablespoons corn flour
  • 2 cups Nestle Corn Flakes (finely blended)
  • 80 grams almond (finely blended)
  • 200 grams butter/margarine
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanila essence
  • melted white cooking chocolate
  • melted cooking chocolate
Preparations
  1. Sift together A, mix with Nestle Corn Flakes and almond and set aside.
  2. Beat well butter, sugar, egg and essence.
  3. Mix well A to form a soft dough.
  4. Cut it into any desired cutter and place it on lightly greased baking trays.
  5. Keep distance for each cookies.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 Celcius for 12 - 15 minutes or until it turn lightly brown.
  7. Once cookies are cool, pipe chocolate on the top.

Corn Flakes Berbadam

Bahan
A
  • 200 gram tepung
  • 2 sudu besar tepung jagung
  • 2 cawan Nestle Corn Flakes (dikisar halus)
  • 80 gram serbuk badam
  • 200 gram mentega/marjerin
  • 100 gram gula caster
  • 1 biji telur
  • 1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
  • coklat nasakan putih cair
  • coklat masakan cair
Cara
  1. Ayak bersama bahan A, masukkan Nestle Corn Flakes dan badam, ketepikan.
  2. Pukul sebati mentega, gula, telur dan esen.
  3. Campur dengan bahan A dan bentukkan menjadi doh.
  4. Gunakan acuan yang disukai dan susun di atas dulang pembakar yang digris.
  5. Jarakkan biskut.
  6. Bakar pada suhu 180 Celsius selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
  7. Setelah sejuk, paipkan coklat di atas biskut.
