Red Fish Soup


Ingredients
  • 500 grams fish flesh
  • 2 potatoes (cut into 4)
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 tomato (cut into 4)
  • 1 onion (blended)
  • 1 inch ginger
  • 2 garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soup powder
  • 4 cups of water
  • coriander leaves
  • spring onion
Preparations
  1. Heat water until boiled. Add in onions, ginger and soup powder.
  2. Put in potato and carrot.
  3. Leave to boil over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Add in salt, spring onion and coriander leaves.
  5. Serve it.

Sup Ikan Merah

Bahan
  • 500 grams isi ikan
  • 2 biji kentang (dibelah 4)
  • 1 batang lobak
  • 1 biji tomato (dibelah 4)
  • 1 ulas bawang (dikisar)
  • 1 inci halia
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • 1 sudu besar rempah sup
  • 4 cawan air
  • daun ketumbar
  • daun bawang
Cara
  1. Masak air sehingga mendidih. Masukkan semua bawang halia, rempah sup.
  2. Masukkan kentang dan lobak.
  3. Biarkan mendidih dengan api sederhana untuk 30 minit.
  4. Tambah garam, daun bawang dandaun ketumbar.
  5. Hidangkan.
